NotesIn 1900, Maud Florence Fane, 11, arrived at Montreal Quebec, Canada, in a group of 83 Barnardo girls en route to Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Maud's younger sister, Lucy Mary Fane, age 9 sailed on the same ship.

Maud was born in St. Albans, Hertfordshire in Engand and was the daughter of Joseph "Henry" Fane and Kate Smith. She was one of 7 children.

Maud "Florence" marred William Oglivie KING, March 2, 1910 in Oakwood Mariposa Victoria Ontario and had three sons and one daughter.

Florence has living relatives in Ontario and British Columbia in Canada as well as in England.
