Long, who resided at 2613 Hamilton Avenue, Detroit, Michigan. Ethel Tisdale arrived on May 9, 1928 with her sons George, John, Sanford and Charles Tisdale, and her daughter, Marion Tisdale. Her destination was her husband Cleoden D. Tisdale, who resided at 12681 Terry, Detroit, Michigan. She intended to remain permanently in the United States. Her contact in Canada was her brother, Harold Adby who resided at Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada. She was described as 5 foot 1 inch in height; medium complexion; brown eyes and brown hair. She had been born in Wycombe, England, and had arrived in Quebec, Canada in 1902 on the ship Dominion.

Ethel Caroline Adby Tisdale died April 13, 1973, in Redford, Wayne, Michigan, USA. Cleodane Delacaurt Tisdale died on February 22, 1973, in Detroit, Wayne, Michigan, USA, at the age of 89.
