Parents: Samuel Albury and Kate Powers, married 1875, Southwark, St. Saviours, London, England.

A death registration was found for Samuel William Albury: Estimated Birth Year: abt 1849; Year of Registration: 1891; Quarter of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec; Age at Death: 42; District: St Olave Southwark (1837-1901); County: London, Surrey; Volume: 1d; Page: 117.

In 1893, A G Albury, 9 (along with brother C Albury, 12) arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 228 Barnardo children accompanied by Mr. Owen and en route to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

According to Barnardo's UPS and DOWNS; Vol. 111; December 24, 1897 [No.2] under Our Friends Directory, Arthur George Albury was placed with James Armstrong in Birr.
