Parents: William Allard and Alice Roberts, no marriage found. Alice was the widow of his brother, Alfred Allard, married June quarter, 1895, in Worcester, Worcestershire, England.

The death of a William Allard, aged 72, was reported in the Dec Qtr of 1906 in Kings Norton, Worcestershire, England.

In 1908, Willie Allard, 8 (along with his possible half-brother, Leonard William Allard, 10), arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of Barnardo children: 118 boys to Toronto and 101 girls to Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.
