His home is very comfortable and Mrs Marsland says she would like to adopt him. He attends the Salvation Army."

Palmer, who resided in Minden, Ontario, Canada. He was described as 5 foot 1-1/2 inches in height; dark complexion; brown eyes; dark hair.

On April 20, 1926, at Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Frederick Armstrong, 30, general worker, born in England to unknown parents (he stated "Father and Mother Both Died When He Was A Child Adopted By Alfred Palmber Minden Ontario"); and Eva Mary Flanagan, 18, born in Canada to John Flanagan and Edity Sawyers.
