In 1901, Valentine Aspen, 10, boarder with Frederick and Elizabeth Merrick in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, Eng. His brother Harold Melburn Aspen, 5, was also boarding with the family. There is no record his brother coming to Canada.

In March 1910, Valenti William Aspen, 19, Stationary fireman, crossed over into Canada via Montreal. His last residence was Glace? Bay, Canada. (even though it says arriving Montreal) Going by the rest of the info in the record, he was actually entering the USA, his final destination is given as New York.

In 1914, William Aspen, b 28 May 1890, London, enlisted in the Canadian Army. He declared his next of kin to be May Aspen, Homewood Sanitorium, Guelph, Ont, His occupation to be engine tester. He stated he had served in the Royal Canadian Dragoons (3 years)

In 1930, V William Aspen, 40, Mechanic, residing in Cicinnati, Hamilton, Ohio with wife Louise.




Valentine William Aspen of 1634 Shenandosh? Ave, Cincinnati, Ham, Ohio, aged 51, was drafted into the Army in WW2. His next of kin was his wife Louise Aspen of the same address. His employer was Municipal Garage, Bates and Parkway, Cincinnati,
