NotesIn 1885, Harriet Bealey, 13, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 74 Barnardo girls en route to Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.

On October 6, 1888, Harriet Beeley, 16, servant, died of acute meningitis, duration 10 days. She is buried in Little Lake Cemetery, Peterborough, Canada, along with 46 other children who passed away at Hazlebrae House.
