NotesIn 1884, Alfred Bergin, 13, arrived at Rimouski, Quebec, Canada, along with a group of 51 children accompanied by Miss Edwards.

"Sixteenth Annual Report of the Local Government Board, 1886-87; Copy of Reports of Inspection of Children sent out to Canada, as of February 12, 1887.

Report of Mr. R. Doyle, Assistant Immigration Agent at Quebec.

Alfred Bergin, aged 13, from Holborn Union, placed with Thomas Fiola, farmer, 2nd Range, Rimouski, 1884. Left his place about one year ago, saying he was going to Quebec City; not heard from since."
