Age 16, very suitable home, employed at farm chores, good health, attends Congregational church, character good,
Terms-at present board and clothing. The boy has a desirable home here. His employer is a first class farmer and takes an interest in him. He is thoroughly contented, likes his work, and I have no doubt but that he will get along well here.

About 17 years of age, he has developed into a muscular youth and is fully capable of doing a good days work. His employer does
not appear to agree with him, on account, he says of his sulky disposition. I regret this as a more suitable situation and comfortable home could hardly be selected. He is practically treated as one of the family. Mr Syme does not think he will continue him after the termination of the indenture.
