On 5 June 1920, Frederick John Bines, 21, born England, son of John Bines and Jessie Whitwell, married Eleanore Briffoz in
Welland, Welland, Ontario

It appears Frederick was initially refused entry to Canada and returned to England on March 25 1911, but he did go back to Canada in July 1911
