On November 25 1915, Clement Burdis born March 20 1897 Salhow nr London, enlisted at Owen Sound in the Canadian Army, he
declared his next of kin as Mother - Mrs R Hansford, 65 Broughton Hill, Latchworth, Hertfordshire, London, England, he stated that he was a farmer, he gave his current address as Louise, c/o George Emke, Ontario

In December 1919, Clement Burdis, 21, arrived back in Canada, he declared he had last come to Canada in 1908, and his last home town in Canada was Elmwood, he was a farmer.

On 26 December 1929, Clement Burdis, 31, entered America via Niagara Falls, NY. He was going to a Friend-D S Edwards, 2861 West 22nd Street, Chicago, his next of kin in Canada was his wife-Ivy, 267 Sherbourne St, Toronto, he was a salesman.

On 29 July 1955, Clement Burdis, 57, arrived in England on SS Saxonia, he was going to B.C House, London, and his occupation was proprietor. He declared that intended to stay in England for 6 weeks.
