NotesIn 1884, Samuel Clancy, 13, arrived at Rimouski, Quebec, Canada, along with a group of 51 children accompanied by Miss Edwards.

Samuel Clancy, aged 13, from Whitechapel Union, placed with Jean Baptist Sirois, Rimouski, in 1884. Now with Mr. Dosite Charette, farmer, St. Genevieve, Jacques Cartier Co., District of Montreal; traced him from Rimouski. Works on farm, good health, well clad, good boy, next year will get $50."
