"Report of Mr. R. Mcpherson, Government Immigration Agent at Kingston, Ontario.

Thomas Coughlan, aged 12, from parish of Liverpool, placed with John McCarthy, lot. 21, Wolfe Island Tp. Not bright but improving, stubborn at times otherwise giving satisfaction, will attend school during winter, in good home."

On June 24, 1901, at Renfrew, Ontario, Canada, Thomas Coghlan, 27, farmer, Roman Catholic, died of Malignant Endocarditis.
