1901 Rose's birth: On Rose's marriage certificate she gives her parents as George William Creasey and Fanny Elizabeth Parsons. I can not find a marriage for this couple nor can I find a birth with Creasey / Parsons as parents. On the GRO I find only one Rose Creasey born to a single mother and the birth is registered in the 2nd Qtr of 1903.

1914 29 May 1914 Salvation Army list of children going to SA, 105 Indian Road, Toronto on "Empress of Britain"
1914 06 June 1914 ship arrived in Quebec
1914 Board of Guardians report that Rose had 4 inspections after the initial inspection on July 23rd. They took place March 8th, October 20th, July 20th and November 26th.
I do not have the Juvenile Inspection report to know where she was placed.

1920 September 01 Rose Mabel Creasey age 19 marries William Henry Stark age 39 in Toronto. She gives her parents names as George William Creasey and Fanny Elizabeth Parsons.

1921 census Georgina Township, York County, Ontario Henry and Rose Stark

1945 December 03 William Henry Stark dies and is buried in St. James West Brock Cemetery, Sunderland. His next of kin is Rose Stark.
