her fathers WW1 Military papers showed there were 6 children born to the marriage

was his eldest daughter Daisy of 3 Sunbury Road, Feltham. His wife had been deceased since
4 Feb 1917
On October 3 1920, Violet Lily Darbon, 16, arrived in Canada, she declared she intended to take up domestic work
she was born in Middlesex, her passage was paid by Dr Barnardo Homes, she was going to
Mrs Hobday, Dr Barnardo Homes, Peter St, Toronto,
her next of kin was her father Lt Capt G Darbon, 796470, 182 Labour Company, No 1 area, Boisy Notre Dame, France
