NotesJohn Diamond arrived 17 September with Father Nugent party of 35 children, listed on ships manifest as going to Hamilton Ontario, but he and 18 others ended up in Hotel Dieu Orphanage in Kingston Ontario. Placed with Mrs. Lachance in Kingston on 29 September returned October 1 1883 then sent to Martin Garrett of Erinsville Ontario January 17 1884.
