A juvenile inspector reported [T-15422]:
GANT, Arthur 14, Ipswich Union, 1921, Barnardo's, to Mr Green in Ridgetown "not very dependable while in Mr Green's employ but willing and agreeable when asked to do things", went on to places in Halton and Lambton Counties.
