with Mrs Wardleworth, milk dealer, First Avenue, Sherbrooke, Quebec,
Age 16, good home, employed at house work and looking after the cows, a healthy boy, attends Church of England, does not attend school, a fair scholar, character-indolent and unreliable. Terms-Wages $2 per month and board and clothes. Gilman says that he is satisfied with his place and work, and had no complaints to make. Mrs Wardleworth does not know whether they will keep him. His not a good worker and does not give them satisfaction. The Matron was personally advised as to the result of this inspection.

Age 17, I find that this boy is getting along splendidly. He is able to do all kinds of farm work-is well behaved-a stout, healthy youth and well adapted for farm labour. HIs employer finds him very satisfactory. He receives $48 per year. I am of the opinion that this boy is quite capable of taking care of himself
