In October Qtr of 1903, George Cuthbert Hearsey remarried in Newbury, Berkshire to Mary Annie Colbourne

a son Cuthbert Francis was born to the second marriage in 1906

this marriage was not to last as Mary Annie Hearsey is registered as marrying Frederick William Lodge in Dec Qtr of 1906

On 29 March 1918, Private Charles Frederick Hearsey was reported killed in action with Canadian Infantry (Eastern Ontario Regiment). He is buried in Tilloy British Cemetery, Tilloy-Les-Mofflaines
