NotesTwo other Hembrow children from Bristol emigrated to Canada under the Home Children Scheme. They were:-

Ellen (Violet) HEMBROW aged 7 and
Margaret M(aria) HEMBROW aged 9

Both girls sailed on the "Kensington" from Liverpool to Montreal in July, 1907. The two girls were not sisters but cousins, but both were in the care of Ellen's parents and both were listed as daughters in the 1901 Census.Their address was 24 Aitken St., Bristol. Margaret's mother died in 1906 and the girls were presumably placed in the care of Benardos.
