Charles Hibbett was admitted to Lambeth Union Schools on November 7, 1895 from 3 Ely Place. His father had died on December 9, 1895. His mother had died earlier on May 18, 1893. Both had died in Lambeth Infirmary. His Grandmother was Sarah Lovett, who resided at 8 Haling Road, Croydon, London, England.

He was discharged to Barnardo's Home on August 1, 1900..
