On September 15, 1920, at Brantford, Brant, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Edith Kathleen Hickman, 21, domestic work, born in Liverpool, England, to James Hedricks and Emily Ann Hickman; and James Carr, 25, machinist, born in Liverpool, England, to George Carr and Mary Hagen.
At least 3 children were born of this marriage: Clifford Hickman Carr, born June 22, 1924, at Lincoln Park, Michigan, USA; Lois Bernice Carr, born and died in April, 1931, at Hazel Park, Michigan, USA; and George James Carr, born about 1922 in Canada.
James Carr died January 8, 1981, at Royal Oak, Michigan, USA. Edith Kathleen Hickman Carr died January 20, 1981, at Southfield, Michigan, USA.
