(Possible) Isaac Arthur Kirkland applied for a USA passport, he declared he was born in County Armagh on March 4 1882 and that his father Samuel Kirkland was deceased and that he too was born in Ireland. He stated he emigrated to the USA in about 1900, he declared he resided in the USA for 20 years uninterrupted. He stated he was a naturalized citizen of America. He stated he lived in Detroit and was a Salesman. He required a passport to visit family in England. He stated he intended to leave in May 1920
