About 14 years of age, comfortable home, employed at general work, general health good, attends Roman Catholic Church regularly,
quick tempered, otherwise good character. Lavery complains that he finds it rather hard to get along with Mrs Maloney, as she is very cross with him, otherwise he is satisfied, although he found last winters work rather hard. Mrs Maloney says that although he is a "very cranky" boy they have no intention of returning him to the Home this winter. Lavery would like to be found another situation.
