A death registration was found for Charles Frederick Mallaby: Estimated Birth Year: abt 1860; Year of Registration: 1900; Quarter of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec; Age at Death: 40; District: Kings Norton (To 1912); County: Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire; Volume: 6c; Page: 247.

In 1901, Charlie Mallaby, 9 years of age, was shown residing at 33 Taksman (?) Walk, Balsall Heath, Worcestershire, England. Other family members included: Alice Mallaby, charwoman, 32, living on own means; Maud Mallaby, 11; Dora Mallaby, 6; Lizzie Mallaby, 3; and Beatrice Mallaby, 12.
