Age 14, comfortable home, employed at house work and light farm work, good health, attends Roman Catholic Church, not school, speaks French, character good, terms-Board and Clothes. The lad informed me that he was well treated, and liked his place. Mr Miron and his wife were absent from home when I called. John Malone is a bright and intelligent lad, and should do well.
