In 1901, Albert Matthews, 14, is shown as a servant / farm laborer to Francis and Susan S(mith) Mollison at Woodlands, Selkirk, Manitoba, Canada. (EDITORS NOTE: Susan Smith had been a Maria Rye home child arriving in Canada in 1881 with her sister Emily Smith.) Albert's date of birth is shown as 1887 and his immigration year as 1899.
