NotesMstr Christopher McADAM, 14, arrived with a group of child migrants under the auspices of the Catholic Episcopal Migration and Welfare Association (CEMWA). In Western Australia, CEMWA was the state-based receiving agency for post-World War II child migrants who were sent to WA under the Catholic child immigration scheme.

He died in 2015 aged 82.
