Notes Miss Nellie McLuskey, Funeral services will be held Wednesday for Nellie McLuskey, who died Monday at St. Vincent de Paul Hospital. She had been in indifferent health for the last year. Miss McLuskey was born in Paisely, Scotland, the daughter of the late Andrew McLuskey and the former Helen Beveridge. She came to Canada in her late teens and spent most of her life in Brockville. Her last address was 48 Church Street, the Marguerite Apartments. She was employed at the Brockville Psyciatric Hospital in the canteen food services until her retirement in 1975. She was also a longtime member of the Baptist Church and a former member of the auxiliary at St. Lawrence Lodge. She leaves one sister, Mary Billings of Brockville, tow nieces, Mrs. Barry Blair (Laura) and Mrs. Helen Telgen, both of Brockville, as well as four nephews, Charles, Ernest, Harold and Bob Billings. Funeral services will be held at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, at 10am Wednesday with Dr. Dan Gibson officiating. There will be no public visitation at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery and pallbearers will be Charles Billings, Barry Blair and David and Michael Telgen. In memoriams to the St. Vincent de Paul palliative care program or the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged.
