On 23 June 1915, Ernest Millwater enlisted in the Canadian Army, he declared his next of kin to be Mrs Clara Millwater, St Lukes Home, Chelsea, London. His occupation to be farmer.
In January 1924, Ernest O Millwater, 25, arrived in Seattle, USA. He gave his last residence as being Victoria, BC. His next of kin to be fiance-Muriel Wing, Victoria, BC. His occupation was farm labourer. He declared he only intended visiting and would not be staying.

Ernest O Millwater, 69 of 1027 W Alder died at a local hospital Sunday. London, England was his birthplace on March 10 1898. During WW1 he served with the Canadian Army from 1915 until 1918 and then with Royal Canadian Mounted Police from 1918 until 1922. He came to the United States in 1923 and has worked with Paneterium Cleaners ever since his arrival in Walla Walla in 1923.
Millwater served in the Washington State Guard from 1944 - 1947. He married Sarah Tarmasky July 3 1959 in Walla Walla. He was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church and a former member of the Bowlers Club of Walla Walla. Millwater also belonged to various bowling leagues.
He is survived by his wife at home, two daughters Mrs Robert (Bonnie) Morgan of Hill Air Force Base, Utah and Mrs Mike (Janis) Mann of Bountiful, Utah and five grandchildren.
Millwater will lie in state until the Funeral Home at 2.00 pm Wednesday as the casket will not be opened after the Services. Rev Albert Wagner will conduct the Funeral at Christ Lutheran Church. Concluding services and internment will be at Mount View Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Cancer Fund.
