NotesKings County Record Obituary ? Mrs. Thomas S Tubb
The death of Mrs. Nellie Blanche Tubb, wife of Thomas S Tubb of Sussex, occurred at Kings County Memorial Hosptial here on Monday. She was born in Birmingham, Eng., daughter of William George and Amy (Perkins) Mitton and came to New Brunswick in 1906. She graduated from the Provincial Normal School in 1919 and taught school prior to her marriage in 1920, residing at Mount Hebron until moving to Sussex in 1939. She was a member of St. Paul?s United Church, Sussex, the United Church Women and the Ladies Auxiliary of Sussex Branch No 20 Royal Canadian Legion. She leaves to mourn, besides her husband, one son, Roy, with the Canadian National Railways in Saint John; two daughters, Mrs Frank (Audrey) Clarke, Toronto and Mrs William (Edna) Wortley, Sussex and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held yesterday at St. Paul?s United Church and interment was made in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens, Salisbury Road.
