NotesParents: John Moody and Eliza Nicholson. Margaret's granddaughter relates that she never remembered her brother or sisters because she was 3 years old when put into care.

The Moody siblings, John, Elizabeth Victoria, Margaret, and Julia, all went into the care of the Catholic Children's Society on September 4, 1908.

In 1913, Margaret Moody, 6, arrived at Quebec, Canada with a group of 22 English children (born in France, India & England), accompanied by Reverend Father McDonnell and en route to Ladysmith, British Columbia, Canada.

Margaret was raised in Comox, British Columbia, Canada, by the Giddings family, who taught her to work the farm and home.

On October 26, 1928, at Comox, British Columbia, Canada, a marriage was registered between Mary Giddings and George R. Golding.

At least 2 children were born of this marriage.
