1901 Census shows an Annie Oates age 12 as a domestic for the Armstrong Family in Millbrook Ontario. And her birthday is shown as March 22, 1889

1911 Census shows an Annie O Otus as a Home Girl for the Winner Family in Ontario North Scott Township and her birthday is shown as March 1890.

Given the 6 years difference between ships arrival of 1900 and census of 1901 age this is or could be put down to ships register being illegible or enumerators error.

Given the surname changes from Oaks, to Oates, to Otus and the inclusion of a second initial of O in the 1911 census could be put down to enumerators error. And the year difference in birth year between 1901 and 1911 could be employer error.
