He was rejected due to an old Tracheotomy wound, he re-enlisted on Oct 12 1917, he then declared his wife as next of kin-
Mrs Lila Ord, 485 Young St, Winnipeg, Manitoba. He gave his address as 336 McGee St, Winnipeg. He was stilll a Cook.
