Attestation papers were signed 15 Apr 1916 in Elk Lake, Ontario. John Pardon was born 25 Dec 1887 in London, England. He was a Farmer by trade in Elk Lake, Ontario. His Next of Kin was Mrs. W. F. Robinson of 938 Dovercourt Road, Toronto, Ontario. 5' 7 1/2" in height with blue eyes and dark brown hair, the had a small mole a on his left arm above his vaccination marks.
