NotesLydia was born to Edwin George and Lydia H. Perrin in London, England. Her birth record was not found.

She is shown on the 1901 Census of England as living with Edwin George, a mariner, and Lydia H., his wife, as well as a brother Edwin, aged 6, a sister Annie, aged 9 months at 23 Hack Road in West Ham, London. (Class: RG13; Piece: 1581; Folio: 139; Page: 14.)

In 1911, she is listed as a domestic with the George Kezar family in Nepean, Carleton, Ontario, Canada.

On the 17th of February, 1914, Lydia married Charles Goodwin at the St. John's Rectory in Carleton, Ottawa, Ontario.

Lydia Harriot Goodwin died on October 12, 1918 of broncho-pneumonia and heart failure, at Carleton, Ottawa, Ontario, at the age of 23.
