NotesOn 15 November 1889, Walter Pitcher, 7, and Ellen Pitcher, 9, admitted to St Pancras Schools, then discharged on 22 Nov 1889 to 'Mother', next of kin given as Mother, Workhouse, the children were re-admitted on 6 December 1889, then returned to Mother on August 29 1890. From 14 November 1890 until April 1 1896, both children remained in the Schools until they were emigrated to Canada.

Age about 13, comfortable home, employed at house work and looking after children, health good, attends church regularly, school in summer, character good. Terms-Board, Lodging and Clothing. Gives satisfaction.
