His obit in the Huntsville Forester reads as follows:
FRED PLUMMER'S DEATH
Mr. Fred Plummer, who resided in Huntsville for some years, died at Thamesford last Thursday, following a long illness. The body was brought to Huntsville by Wm. Wright, ex-M.P., his father-in-law, and interred on Saturday in the Methodist Cemetery.
