NotesIn 1906, Frederick C. Revell, 9, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 215 Barnardo children en route to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

On September 15, 1914, at Val Cartier, Quebec, Canada, Frederick Charles Revell, 18, enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces. He declared that he was born at Queen Street, Plymouth, Devon, England; that his next of kin was his mother, Bessie Connor, who resided at 30 Octagon Cottages, Plymouth, England; that his date of birth was November 18, 1896; that he was a labourer; and that he was not married. He was described as 5 foot 6-1/2 inches in height; dark complexion; brown eyes; brown hair. He had a 1-1/2" scar 4" above his navel.

On March 26, 1944, Frederick Charles Revell entered the United States through the port of Detroit, Michigan. He stated his birthplace was England; that birth date was November 18, 1898; and that he was 46 years of age.
