He declared that he was born at Queen Street, Plymouth, Devon, England; that his next of kin was his mother, Bessie Connor, who resided at 30 Octagon Cottages, Plymouth, England; that his date of birth was November 18, 1896; that he was a labourer; and that he was not married. He was described as 5 foot 6-1/2 inches in height; dark complexion; brown eyes; brown hair. He had a 1-1/2" scar 4" above his navel.
On March 26, 1944, Frederick Charles Revell entered the United States through the port of Detroit, Michigan. He stated his birthplace was England; that birth date was November 18, 1898; and that he was 46 years of age.
