Also in residence was James (13), Gertrude (9), Percy (5), and Baden (8 months). James Robson was a Lamp Lighter by trade.

1911 Canadian Census records place Jessie Robson as a Domestic in the household of Joseph Nauman in Haldimand, Ontario, Canada. His date of birth is stated as Nov 1896, he immigrated from England in 1907.

1911 English Census records place widowed Sarah Jane Robson at 16 Portway Road, Oldbury, Stafforshire, England. In residence is Gertrude (19), Percy (15) and Elsie (10). Sarah Jane is a Charwoman by trade. Although it was crossed out, the census reads that Sarah Jane had given birth to 10 children, 7 were living and 3 were deceased.

Commonwealth War Graves Registers and Circumstances of Casualty state that Jesse had previously been reported missing, and for official purposes was presumed to have died holding the captured position of Fresnoy, Nord Pas de Calais, France. Next of Kin was listed as Mrs. Sarah Robson of 69 Sandy Lane, Aston, Birmingham, England. No body was recovered for Jesse, his name is on the Vimy Memorial in Vimy, Nord Pas de Calais, France.
