Age 16, comfortable home, employed at light farm work, a healthy lad, does not attend church or school, but would like to attend school, as he says he cannot read or write, character-honest and obedient. Terms-Board and Clothes; will be given a sum of money in lieu of wages when leaving. This boy does not appear to give his employer satisfaction, altho' he is now said to be doing very well. Rowley is dissatisfied and says that he does not want to remain here, does not like the work nor his treatment.
