Notes In 1887, Frederick Rutt, 13, arrived with three other "lads from Maidenhead Farm, Cookham Union, England" in a party of 57 persons from Church Emigration Society Group, 9, Victoria Chambers, Westminster, London, and en route to Rev. Sterne Light at Lansdowne, Ontario, Canada.

Report of Mr. John A. Donaldson, Government Immigration Agent at Toronto.
Frederick Pratt (? Rutt), aged 13. From Brentford Union. Placed with Mr. Whylock, Euclid Avenue, Toronto.?A very good lad, and well spoken of, and in a good home. Mr. Whylock keeps a store, and the boy helps around the place."
