On June 6, 1904, William Rutherford Ryley died at Church Lane, Wavertree, Lancashire, England, of suicide by poisoning.

Mary Ann McCracking Ryley remarried Arthur Seston on August 9, 1906, at the Registry Office, Liverpool, Lancashire, England.

In 1909, Rachel Ryley, 13, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 93 girls accompanied by Mrs. Birt, Liverpool Sheltering Home, and en route to Knowlton, Quebec, Canada.

On April 30, 1910, Mary Ann McCracking Seston died of Tuberculosis at the Liverpool Workhouse Infirmary.
