A Very Happy Birthday
Emily Dunbar (nee Skull) who was migrated to Canada in June 1912 aboard the SS Tusisian recently celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends. Originally she had said that she did not want a party but once the day arrived she greatly enjoyed the celebrations laid for her. On her birthday she also received cards from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and Canada's Governor General. "She was talking about it for days afterwards," said her daughter Loreen Dunbar.
