NotesHenry Charles SPACKMAN and Amy BLUCK married in 1908 in Mile End district of Middlesex (Jun qtr, 1c 583), Henry died in 1922, aged 26, leaving Amy with at least 8 children, including twins Edward and George; she remarried in 1924 to George BAKER; they had a son in 1924.

On April 26 1929, George A Spackman, 10, departed for Australia on board the Berrima, address given as Dr Barnardo's Homes, Stepney Causeway, W E 1, arriving in Sydney NSW in June 1929.

WWII enlistment - birthdate matches twin borhter but incorrect birthplace (NAA RecordSearch):

He died in a truck accident in September 1949 aged 30. He was living in Milson's Point at the time.
