NotesOne of seven siblings. James, Florence and George with Dr. Barnardo's. James went to Barnardos Russell Mb home, Florence - Peterbough and George - Toronto. Nellie & Emily emigrated together and went to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Brothers Alfred and Albert where sent to a private orphanage in Kenmore, Scotland. Albert emigrated as an adult. Alfred died WWI - France.

Nellie went to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Married to Hugh Pole.
