Age 13, very satisfactorily placed, employed at usual boys work on a farm, healthy, attends Church of England and Sunday School, behaviour good. Terms-$120 on April 1 1906 and three years schooling. Mrs Wilcox informs me that Turrell does not seem to be able "to take hold" of the work and has not made as good progress as they would wished. He has an excellent situation and advantages. His employer is very highly recommended to me. Turrell, who is quite a bright boy, assures me he has every comfort and is kindly treated.
