In 1906, Ernest Vickerman, 11, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 71 Macpherson children en route to Stratford, Ontario, Canada.

Division, Buffalo, New York; and that he had entered Canada through Quebec about 1903. He was described as 5 foot 5 inches in height; light hair; grey eyes.

On July 24, 1919, Ernest Vickerman, 25, machinist, returned to the United Kingdom on the ship Megantic. He declared that he intended to remain in Canada.
