1901 English Census lists Stanley Watling as born in 1892 in Camberwell, London, England. Son of Sarah A and John Watling in Camberwell, London, England. Also in residence was John H (22), Henry (18), Thomas (16), Lilly (15) and 1 year old Dorothy L Saunders listed as a Boarder.

LAC lists him as S.J. Watling, and Female by transcription error.
