1911 Canadian Census records place William T. Weeks as a farm labourer in Victoria, Alberta in the household of Emily and James Larson.

Attestation papers were signed 23 Dec 1914 in Lloydminster, Alberta. He had no Next of Kin. He was born 7 Apr 1898 in Plymouth, England. His Occupation was Farmer. 5'8 3/4" in height with blue eyes and fair hair, he had a scar on his left leg. His religion was noted as Methodist.

Commonwealth War Graves Register states that William died of wounds at No.3 Casualty Clearing Station. His Next of Kin was his Foster Mother, Mrs. W. Jackson of Haddenham, P O Chambridgeshire, England. He was buried at Puchevillers British Cemetery, Puchevillers, Picardie, France. Plot: IV. F. 6.
